Stonehaven Park at Eastern Quarry, is a part of the collective development known as Whitecliffe at Alkerden Village within the Ebbsfleet Garden City scheme, with 575 homes due to complete with a range of one and two bedroom apartments, to three and four bedroom townhouses. The wider Eastern Quarry project aims to deliver more than 6,000 homes over the coming years.
Our landscape proposals place a large focus on community, providing carefully designed spaces to enjoy the outdoors and socialise. The development is located adjacent to beautiful wetlands and has views to the cliffs.
Our landscape proposals are centred upon a green spine that includes an edible garden, orchards, play trails with stepping stones and mounds, wildflower meadow with boulders and seating, viewing platforms with views to the cliff, tree placement at the edges to maintain views.
The wider development includes a central hub with community amenities including communal outdoor spaces, a purpose-built supermarket, an education campus and a number of leisure facilities. An urban park will connect the cliffs to the south of the Quarry to Craylands Gorge in the north, while a series of lakes will provide a stunning wetland habitat.
